Chueca

Chueca is a neighbourhood within Madrid's Centro district, in the Justicia ward, centred on Plaza de Chueca, named after Spanish composer Federico Chueca. It is widely known as Madrid's gay neighbourhood and hosts the city's annual Gay Pride celebrations. The area is lively with street cafés, boutique shops and LGBTQ+ art venues.
