Fiera opened in September 2021 in Chueca as a project that fuses ingredients, techniques and recipes from across Latin America into a playful street-food journey, given its own personal touch and made with local, quality produce. Beyond the dining room it runs breakfasts, pop-ups, delivery, takeaway and catering. It holds a Solete in the Guía Repsol.

The Menu
Bites start with a corn, cheese and basil empanada with refried beans (€5), a duck anticucho with ají mayonnaise and green peppercorn, and tostadas of tuna, sea bass or octopus (€10). To share: Venezuelan tequeños with spicy mayo and papelón sauce (€11), tostones matute of fried green plantain with avocado and white cheese, and a ceviche or 'rompe colchón' of tuna, sea bass and octopus with fried calamari (€20). To eat with your hands: arepitas Caribeña and reina pepiada, a Cubano, a Peruvian sanguche of grilled pork belly and sweet potato, 'cachetada' ribeye tacos on a cheese crust with salsa macha, and prawn tacos. Mains are a chaufa fried rice with sobrasada and grilled eel (€20) and the Milonga breaded chicken with Caesar salad; dessert is jojoto, a fresh corn cake with purple-corn crumble and white-cheese ice cream.
Drinks and Hours
Latin beers run from Cusqueña and Club Colombia to Negra Modelo, Pacífico and Quilmes, alongside papelón lemonade, pink guava juice, michelada, pisco maracuyá and margaritas. Fiera opens Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00, serving breakfast in the morning, lunch until 17:00 and dinner from 20:00 to 23:30 (later at weekends), and Sunday from 13:30 to 17:00; it closes on Monday.
