Tast a la Rambla 2026 is the 12th edition of Barcelona's flagship open-air gastronomy festival, held at Plaça de Catalunya from 28 to 31 May. Entry is free; the format is simple: 30 restaurants and 6 pastisseries each serve one signature dish, every savoury or sweet tapa is €6, drinks €2 to €5. The 2026 lineup brings 13 Michelin stars to the square through restaurants including Atempo (2 stars), Cinco Sentidos, Compartir Barcelona, Dos Pebrots, Nectari, Gaig and Virens, alongside Barcelona classics like Tapas 24, Casa Amàlia, Familia Nuri and Leña Barcelona, and sweet stalls from Pastisseria Escribá, L'Atelier Barcelona, Takashi Ochiai and Mervier Canal. The programme runs Thursday and Sunday 12:00 to 22:00, Friday and Saturday 12:00 to midnight, with chef showcookings, masterclasses and live music throughout.
