The Cuisine
The parrilla leads: entraña, vacío, a 350 g entrecôte, chicken and a half or full parrillada for two with entraña, pork secreto, morcilla and house chorizo. Milanesas come plain, fugazzeta or napolitana, and the choripán comes two ways, gaucho with chimichurri or criollo with salsa criolla.
Starters, sandwiches and desserts
To pick at there are homemade empanadas (meat or cheese), provoleta with tomato and oregano, grilled chorizo and morcilla, and Iberian ham croquetas. Sandwiches include an entraña fugazzeta and a lomito argentino. Desserts stay Argentine: flan with dulce de leche, a dulce de leche panqueque and a chocolino.

On the August 2026 carta, choripán runs €12.90, most grilled cuts and milanesas €15 to €26, and the parrillada for two €40, with Quilmes on the beer list.
