Ganz Wine Bar opened in 2021 on Calle de Almadén in Barrio de las Letras, near the Prado and the Thyssen. Its aim is to bring wine culture to anyone, without pretension: a cellar of more than 500 labels from honest producers, always changing, and a market kitchen that follows the season. It's intimate and modern, with a bar to sit at, and closed Mondays.
