Background

About Árdia

The Story

Árdia spreads across three rooms and a cocktail floor in Recoletos, built around fire and Spanish produce. Executive chef Nazario Cano returned to the Puigcerdá site and reunited with head chef Víctor Vila after nine years on separate paths, and the two now lead the kitchen together.

The Cuisine

Updated traditional Spanish cooking driven by fire and seasonal Spanish produce, served barra-and-tapa style, with a signature cocktail list built to travel through the country's regions.

ÂM-BAR and the Music

ÂM-BAR is the cocktail floor, with a signature list designed as a trip through the regions of Spain, each glass telling a story. It takes no reservations, so entry is subject to space. DJs play every day and the house publishes a live-music calendar, threading music through the meal as part of what it calls a social ritual.
