Nazario Cano, the chef with two Michelin stars, has set up Maguro Gishiki, his Japanese-Mediterranean concept, in Madrid for the first time. It runs at Âm-Bar, the rooftop terrace and cocktail bar of Árdia in Salamanca, on 12 selected evenings, Thursday to Sunday, between 18 September and 18 October.
Expect nigiris, tiraditos, ceviches and cocktails in a night-time setting. Neither source gives a price, so check with Árdia when you book.
