Noname Bar
NoName Bar is a fusion restaurant at Claudio Coello 27, in the Salamanca district. It was the first project of the Wynwood group, started by friends who came back to Spain in 2016 after years living in the United States and Latin America. The cooking starts from Japanese food and adds flavours picked up on those travels, with nods to Spanish cooking. There's an executive menu at lunch, a cocktail list, and delivery from the Salamanca and Aravaca kitchens.
