Mallorca kept its 11 Michelin stars across 11 restaurants in the 2026 Michelin Guide Spain, with no new stars awarded on the island this year. Voro remains the only two-star restaurant.
Mallorca retained 11 Michelin stars across 10 restaurants in the 2026 Michelin Guide Spain, though no new stars were awarded to the island's restaurants this year.
Voro in Canyamel, led by Álvaro Salazar, stays the island's only two-star restaurant. The one-star list is Andreu Genestra (Llucmajor), Béns d'Avall (Sóller), Dins by Santi Taura, Es Fum, Fusión 19, Maca de Castro, Marc Fosh in Palma, Sa Clastra and Zaranda.
The guide also recognised four Green Stars for sustainability on the island, including a new one for Terrae in Port de Pollença.
The 2026 stars were announced at a gala in Málaga on 25 November 2025, staged at the Sohrlin Andalucía venue and presented by Jesús Vázquez. Nine chefs from Andalusian Michelin-starred restaurants prepared the gala dinner, coordinated by Benito Gómez of Bardal in Ronda and Mario Cachinero of Skina in Marbella. The edition marked the Michelin Guide's 125th anniversary.
Terrae's new Green Star recognises chef David Rivas, born in Venezuela, trained in Barcelona and previously working in Norway and Hong Kong before opening the restaurant in Port de Pollença. Terrae runs a farm-to-table menu sourced from small Mallorca producers, changing almost daily, avoiding chemical additives and processed products, and working towards zero waste. Rivas has described sustainability as "not an option, but a responsibility."
