Marc Fosh is a British chef from Kent who has cooked on Mallorca for more than three decades. He runs Marc Fosh, his eponymous restaurant inside the Convent de la Missió hotel in Palma, which holds 1 Michelin star and 1 Repsol Sol, as well as Sa Pleta by Marc Fosh, an open-fire restaurant in Canyamel. In 2002 he earned a Michelin star as executive chef at Read's Hotel, becoming the first British chef to win a Michelin star in Spain. He trained in London at The Greenhouse and the Chelsea Room at the Carlton Tower Hotel, then worked in San Sebastián at Bodegón Alejandro alongside a young Martín Berasategui.
