The cocktail list mixes reinvented classics with house creations inspired by cinema, music and Madrid art. A summer collection of mojitos (classic, raspberry, passion fruit), caipirinhas and spritz-style drinks is €15, and a cocktail collection of espresso martinis, margaritas, Moscow mules, cosmopolitans and frozen daiquiris is €16. Dinner runs from creative tapas to set menus, served in the climate-controlled room or out on the heated terrace.
Practicalities
From October to April it opens Monday to Friday from 18:00 to 01:00, with the kitchen until 23:30; summer hours change from May, so check before you go. Entry is free and you don't need to book just for cocktails; tables for dinner can be reserved online or when booking a room, and groups and private events go through terraza@emperadorhotel.com.
