The Story
Inhala Terraza is the rooftop restaurant of the Inhala Hotel Garden, next to Gran Vía. Formerly known as La Terraza del Santo Domingo, it looks out over Plaza de Santo Domingo and the Madrid de los Austrias.

Contemporary Spanish plates alongside a full drinks list (cocktails with and without alcohol, wines and beers), served for lunch, dinner and drinks under 360º views.

The Inhala Hotel Garden is known for its vertical garden of more than 2,500 plants, which the hotel says set a Guinness World Record as the world's largest in 2011, built with architect Félix González Vela. The terrace sits over the glass roof of the hotel pool, with an enclosed circular lounge facing Plaza de Santo Domingo and an upper viewpoint deck. In the hottest months, lunch and some dinners move to the Cielo observation room.
