The Story
Sép7ima is the hotel's 'ático gastronómico', its rooftop, designed to be open 365 days a year. The idea is nostalgia for the authentic and traditional, the flavours that taste of home, and the kitchen is in the hands of chef Joel Tomás Hernández, whose carta honours Spanish culinary roots with an innovative twist. The hotel also runs the Colmado by Sép7ima, selling fresh, quality products that match the restaurant.
The Cuisine
Traditional Spanish cooking with a modern hand. The carta leans on Ibérico charcuterie (100% acorn-fed shoulder ham, loin, chorizo and salchichón) and a long cheese list, with small plates such as torreznos with avocado and coriander mousse and the house Gilda, and fuller dishes that change with the season.
Brunch and Breakfast
On weekdays the kitchen runs non-stop from 13:00 to 23:30, with the rooftop open to 00:30. At weekends there's The Weekend Brunch from 12:30 to 15:30, then the kitchen reopens from 16:30 to 23:30. The breakfast buffet runs Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 10:30 and at weekends from 7:30 to 11:00.

The pull is the setting: a rooftop with long views over the city, an elegant modern room and a DJ in the evenings, so it's more a drinks-and-view night than a quiet dinner. Tables can be booked online from the hotel's page, and hotel guests and walk-ins share the space.
