Background

About Sa Terrassa

The Story

Sa Terrassa is the main restaurant at Son Bunyola, the Mallorca hotel and villas estate owned by Richard Branson's Virgin Limited Edition, in the Serra de Tramuntana near Banyalbufar. It takes its name from the terrace in front of the finca's facade, where tables look out over the west coast and the area's stepped agricultural terraces. The restaurant was previously known as Sa Tafona.

The Cuisine

Mediterranean cooking built on local and estate-grown produce: a relaxed, sharing-style lunch and a more composed, plated dinner as the evening slows. Much of the produce comes from Son Bunyola's own gardens and orchards, paired with a curated wine list that leans on Mallorcan and Balearic labels alongside wider picks.
