Can Costa sits on the Carretera Deià just outside Valldemossa, in the Serra de Tramuntana. The owners, who say they were born in Mallorca and raised in the Tramuntana, relaunched it under new ownership in 2020 and frame the project around sharing Mallorcan home cooking in the mountains.
