Around it: the Taco Papi of suadero with guacamole, 'La Gordi' of pork belly al pastor with chipotle and pineapple, 'La Chula' of Iberian shoulder carnitas, a cheese-crusted taco, the quesabirria, a mulita between two crisp tortillas, a four-piece birria quesadilla, totopos topped with birria, black beans and chipotle, and a birriamen, birria broth with noodles. There's an off-menu taco of the day too. To drink: aguas frescas of jamaica, horchata or tamarind, margaritas with or without alcohol, micheladas and Mexican beers.
