'Lo que mejor funciona' is a €45 sharing menu, VAT included, for a minimum of two at lunch or dinner every day: the house gilda with smoked sardine, Iberian ham and chorizo croquetas, Amela tomato with tuna belly, Tudela artichokes with foie and Iberian ham, Balfegó tuna tartare with fried egg and avocado, a matured-beef mini burger, and the house torrija, with Rueda or Rioja, beer, water, soft drinks and coffee included.
