Trü is the informal, everyday sister project of AÜRT, the Barcelona restaurant by chef Artur Martínez. Occupying a corner of Eixample on Carrer de Còrsega, it is framed by the team as a step to the side, a place to rethink Catalan cooking while the new AÜRT takes shape, with a clear vegetable-led slant and a strong bias toward local craftspeople and producers.

The Cuisine

The menu is built for sharing, leaning heavily on Catalan tradition reworked with modern technique: pa amb tomàquet and roasted cauliflower almadroc alongside grilled cabbage sprouts with green romesco, yellow beet with fresh cream, rustic omelette in capipota sauce, and smoked veal sweetbreads.
