The original Bosco de Lobos was created in Madrid in 2014 by Tomas Tarruella, Perico Cortes, and Rafael Londono. Grupo Tragaluz was founded in 1987 by Rosa Maria Esteva and Tomas Tarruella with Mordisco on Passeig de Gracia, growing to become one of Barcelona's most established restaurant groups. The Barcelona investment was 1.4 million EUR and created 30 jobs.

Specialty ingredients are imported from small Italian producers. Gluten-free pasta available.

The Team

Head chef Matteo Spinelli from Calabria leads the kitchen alongside Alex Kalanja from Rome and group chef Alex Duran. The restaurant is part of Grupo Tragaluz, founded in 1987 by Rosa Maria Esteva and Tomas Tarruella. Interior design by Francesc Rife Studio, with a 600 m2 garden created by landscape architects Pepote Comella and Mauricio Ramirez.
