Parc Natural de Mondragó

A 766-hectare natural park on Mallorca's southeast coast near Santanyí, declared a Natural Park in 1992 and also protected under the Natura 2000 network as a bird special-protection area. It centers on three coves — Cala Mondragó, Cala S'Amarador, and Caló des Burgit — backed by wild olive and pine woods, juniper groves, and dune vegetation, with wetland areas that attract coots, herons, and other waterbirds.
