The Story
Laudat sits next to the parish church of Sant Andreu in the centre of Santanyí, in an old Mallorcan house with a patio-terrace shaded by a lemon tree. Owner Miquel Laudat was born in Germany and grew up in Mallorca, where he trained in hospitality. He worked his way through management roles at restaurants on the island before opening his own place in Santanyí. It carries a Michelin Guide listing.
