The Story
Restaurant Estragon La Plaça occupies a space on Plaça de Peralada in Felanitx that the restaurant's own site says has roughly 20 years of history as a restaurant. It was originally run by a Spanish owner, then German expats Georg and Yvette took it over in the fall of 2022, renovated it and reopened in February 2023, before deciding to hand over the business for personal reasons. Felix Passow, another German expat who left a career in the luxury car industry, became the new owner on November 1, 2023, and has run it since with his team.
