Background

About Leclab

The Story

Leclab was created by Luisa Orlando, for over a decade the director of El Club Allard, as an exclusive private club and events space inside Casa Gallardo, a building whose original palace dates to 1850 with the current structure built in 1914. The design was led by architect Teresa Sapey with cinematic art director Jaime Anduiza.

The Cuisine

Its kitchen runs two lines: a Fusion line drawing on Europe, Asia and the Americas, and a Mediterranean Gastro line with creative touches.

Members and Mondays

Leclab describes its membership, the 'Amigos de Leclab', as a community of artists, photographers, filmmakers, entrepreneurs, writers, architects and designers. Its LECLAB Mondays run talks in seasonal cycles; the autumn 2026 season opened on 28 September with the philosopher Iván de los Ríos.

Experience

Leclab Dining Experience

The rooms are dressed to feel out of time: period furniture, a 17th-century tapestry, four-metre ceilings, a bar styled on 1950s Parisian clubs and a stage space themed on a Berlin nightclub. The mood is exclusive and theatrical, designed for private events and shows.
