About Kebah! Lab & Street Food
The Story
Kebah! Lab & Street Food set out, in its own words, to change the kebab, building on three pillars: cleanliness, quality and innovation. It uses only fresh ingredients with full traceability and adapts a traditional product to how people eat now. The brand, which dates its logo to 2024, belongs to 5 Xtars Foodservice Group and has grown to several sites: besides Clara del Rey in Chamartín there are Kebah!s on Avenida Felipe II, Calle Hortaleza and in the Bernabéu Market at the stadium, plus shopping-centre units in Móstoles, Valencia and Valladolid.
The Cuisine
The focus is kebab-led street food, reworked into fresher, more current versions of a familiar classic.
What's on the Menu
Everything comes with a choice of chicken, beef, mixed or (on some) falafel. The durums run from the Clásico, with lettuce, tomato, red onion, the house red sauce and yogurt sauce, to the Mestizo with guacamole, pico de gallo and jalapeños, and the Bacon Fans with bacon cream and smoked cheddar sauce. Kebabs come classic, with house hummus and straw potatoes, or Mediterranean with roast vegetables, and the brioche kebabs stack the meat with caramelised onion and smoked cheddar, a fried egg, or Kentucky-style crispy chicken with BBQ sauce. Plates add salad, two fried eggs and chips, or hummus, roast vegetables, falafel and homemade totopos, and there are boxes of meat over fries.
Sides, Menus and Kids
To share there are Patatas Kebah! with smoked cheddar, bacon and crispy onion, bacon-cream fries with a fried egg, hummus with totopos, wings, crispy chicken pieces, cheese tequeños, homemade falafel and loaded nachos, each with a sauce of your choice. Any durum, kebab or brioche can be made a 'menú' with fries and a drink for a few euros more, there's a kids' brioche menu with drink and dessert, and desserts include Oreo and dulce de leche cheesecakes and chocolate tequeños. Orders also go out through the delivery apps.
