Indomable is a Mexican taco bar in north Madrid's Ciudad Jardín, run, in its own words, 'de amigos para amigos', from friends, for friends.
The Cuisine
Mexican tacos with a modern streak, alongside the traditional ones (its own line: lo tradicional también nos gusta). The carta takes in tacos de pollo al mole, carnitas and res, a pineapple guacamole, prawn aguachile and a tres leches for dessert, plus a weekly special and margaritas poured by the jug.
How it works
Dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, with lunch from 13:30 on Fridays and Saturdays; it's closed Sundays and Mondays. Tables are booked through the reservation form on its own site, and the menu always has a weekly special to ask about.
