Cold tapas include ensaladilla with prawns and tuna belly (€15.70), burrata with seasonal tomato, '00' Cantabrian anchovies with Idiazábal (€22.50) and poke bowls. Boards run to Iberian bellota ham (€26) and cheeses, and hot tapas to a nine-piece croqueta tasting (€15.20), bravas, nachos and Roman pinsas. Mains include roast salmon (€24), bacalao a la vizcaína (€26), chicken cannelloni with truffle and confit beef rib (€27.50); desserts are €6.50 to €8.95, including chocolate with churros.

El Edén opens daily 11:00 to 01:00, with the kitchen to 23:30 and brunch every day from 11:00 to 13:00 (sweet and savoury dishes, a welcome drink and fruit). For non-guests, rooftop entry with a drink is €5 from 11:00 to 17:00 on weekdays and €10 from 17:00 and at weekends and holidays; booked weekday entry from 11:00 to 16:00 is €10. Hotel guests enter free.
