Founded by three friends, the restaurant takes its name from its heritage as an oil storage facility -- glass panels in the floor reveal the original oil mills below. The space features double-height ceilings, exposed brick walls, large windows onto the pedestrian street, and vintage details. The restaurant maintains its own organic garden in Esparreguera, from which it sources daily fruits, vegetables, and legumes.
