It's a classic, unhurried cocktail bar rather than a trend-led one: a Toulouse-Lautrec-style mural by local artist Biel Bover covers one wall, and mirrors hand-painted by other local artists line the room. The day runs long, opening for coffee and llonguets in the morning and pouring cocktails into the small hours, seven days a week, all year.

The list is built on classics: Dry Martini, a house Gibson variation made with onion instead of olive, Negroni, Manhattan, Daiquiri, Margarita and a run of gin, vodka, rum, tequila and mezcal cocktails, alongside a short vermouth and aperitif selection. Food is simple rather than kitchen-led: llonguets (Mallorcan bread rolls) filled with Serrano ham, tuna, sobrassada or botifarron from named local suppliers, plus toasts, coffee and pastries.
