The Story

Wasabi Café, also trading as Wasabi Sushi Rolls, is a Guindalera café-sushi bar that runs from breakfast through dinner, with ordering over WhatsApp, its own home delivery and a catering service for family and business events.

The Cuisine

Sushi and Japanese fusion, nigiri, makis and eight-piece rolls, with gyozas, tempura, bao and pokes, plus breakfast with specialty coffee and sourdough.

The Menu

Nigiri come in pairs, from salmon (€4.50) to flamed tuna and flamed wagyu (€6). Rolls of eight pieces cost €12.90–14.90: the Madrid with salmon, eel topping, avocado and teriyaki; a gratinated Parmesano; Philadelphia; crunchy tuna; a tataki maki with mango; California; the Flambeado and Wabi Sabi with kimchi mayo; the Dragón Wayú with minced flamed wagyu; and a tuna-tartare roll with truffle. Tempura rolls, chicken gyozas, prawn tempura, wakame salad, a braised-cheek dish and pulled-pork bao round it out.

Boxes, Lunch and Catering

The promotion boxes run from a 10-piece salmon box (€14.90) to 24 pieces with three rolls of your choice (€26.90), and there's a midday menu at €13.90. For events, catering is priced per piece, from €0.40 for a vegetable maki to €1.90 for a premium roll, mini bao or mini poke, and needs 48 hours' notice. Orders go through WhatsApp on 627 32 18 87.
