The Diner is an American-style neighbourhood diner on Costanilla de San Andrés in La Latina, from the team behind Watts Cantina. It runs from 09:00 to 18:00 every day, with breakfast burritos, sandwiches like an Italian hero with spianata, salame and pickled aubergine, and occasional pub nights. The Story

The Diner comes from the people behind Watts Cantina and bills itself as a trusted neighbourhood diner. The team put the room on Costanilla de San Andrés through a heavy build-out, and has since added its own merch and its first night-time pub evenings.

The Cuisine

Creative American diner food, built around breakfast and sandwiches: a breakfast burrito with avocado and spicy pineapple sauce, and an Italian hero with spicy spianata, salame, pesto rosso, pickled aubergine and mozzarella.
