The Fix
The Fix is a specialty coffee roaster and brunch café on Calle de Luisa Fernanda in Argüelles, near the Templo de Debod and Plaza de España, founded in 2018 by two lovers of great coffee and great brunch. It roasts its own coffee, bakes cakes daily and serves breakfast and brunch all day: bowls, toasts on sourdough, Turkish eggs, a full English, pancakes, tapioca waffles, salads and sandwiches, with plenty of vegan and gluten-free options. It holds a Solete in the Guía Repsol and doesn't take bookings.

About The Fix
The Story
Two people passionate about coffee and brunch started The Fix as a project built on love and respect for good coffee and great brunch, and joined Madrid's specialty-coffee scene in 2018. It doubles as a roastery: the coffee in the cup is roasted in-house, and the team also supplies other cafés wholesale and helps them serve it well.
The Cuisine
Coffee first, from its own roasting: espresso, cortado, long black, flat white, latte and cappuccino, batch brew and filter, plus cold brew and iced drinks in season. The food is brunch all day, freshly baked cakes and pastries, with allergens marked and gluten-free bread available for any toast.
