🇪🇸 Vine, prova-ho i després ens ho diràs.
Background
About PIBÄ
The Story
PIBÄ began in 2016 on Boulevard Cerviño in Buenos Aires, out of friends getting together to brew craft beer, and grew into a chain of street-food bars across Argentina. It reached Europe with a site in Milan in 2019 and opened in Barcelona, at Enric Granados 77, in 2022. The brand calls its idea street gourmet: high-end cooking in a street-food format you can eat without cutlery.
The Cuisine
Pinchos are the house speciality, each portion three skewers: entraña with caramelised onion and salsa criolla, mollejas with mushrooms, salmon with soy and sesame, prawns with pineapple and red curry, and vegetarian halloumi or artichoke. The sandwich side runs from a lomito argentino to steak and milanesa bocadillos and smash burgers, with empanadas by the piece, calamares and patatas bravas to share, and a chocotorta skewer for dessert.
The full Barcelona menu, with prices, is on PIBÄ's website.
