About Bar FĂ bula
The Story
Bar FĂ bula is the second venture of Vanesa Zorzoli and Santiago MacĂas, the team behind the Latin American restaurant La Brillantina, opened together with chef Pedro Colombatti. The concept draws from Chilean and Venezuelan 'soda fountains', retro neighbourhood diners built around a stainless-steel bar, built-in stools, an open griddle and an open kitchen.
The Cuisine
The menu focuses on creative sandwiches alongside a short list of traditional tapas. Signature bocadillos include a Black Angus milanesa with mayokimchi, roast beef with crispy onion and béarnaise sauce, and a bikini upgraded with herb butter. Tapas include braised chicken and wild-mushroom croquettes, Fà bula gildas, and bonito ensaladilla. The bar also serves specialty coffee, homemade desserts, ice cream, milkshakes and waffles.
