Grup Confiteria was co-founded by Enric Rebordosa and Lito Baldovinos with a mission to preserve Barcelona's most historic bars. The group acquired Bar Michigan and maintained its neighbourhood character while updating the food offering.
The Cuisine
The kitchen serves market-based cuisine with a focus on traditional Spanish bar classics. The house tortillas come in potato, eggplant, zucchini, and black butifarra varieties.
