OMBU began as a tapas bar on Passeig del Born in Palma's old town and has grown into a two-address operation, with a newer OMBU opened in the Santa Catalina neighbourhood. Both run under the Forn Projects restaurant group, which also owns Forn de Sant Joan nearby in La Llotja.
