Named after the Catalan word for honey, it's an indoor-outdoor dining room that runs from breakfast through to late-night dinner, functioning as the resort's most flexible restaurant rather than a single-occasion destination. The resort itself reopened under Four Seasons in 2024 on the site of the historic Hotel Formentor, a hotel that first opened in 1929, and resumed its 2026 season on 18 March.
