Background

About Kasui

The Story

Kasui opened in September 2019 on Plaça Raimundo Clar in central Palma. Head chef Miki Cerdá, who's from Mallorca, put it together after time in Japanese kitchens abroad, including a stretch at Roka in London. The idea is robatayaki grilling crossed with Southeast Asian street food, served as Asian-style sharing tapas.

The Cuisine

The menu runs on the grill and on plates built to share. The kitchen leans into bold, intense flavours rather than fixed courses. The site references signature cocktails, gyozas, avocado dishes, Iberian pork and desserts. Check the menu page for the current lineup.
