Hotel Saratoga opened its doors on 7 May 1962, built by two Mallorcan families and one Catalan family. What began as a three-floor, 80-room hotel has grown over six decades into today's 174-room property, and the hotel says it's still run by members of the founding families. A restaurant-ballroom added to the top floor in 1965 later became the Blue Jazz Club, and that space is now home to Restaurant L'Àtic.
