The Story
Taberna Gaztelupe opened in 1993 with Basque cooking in Madrid, originally led by chef Jesús Santos, who came from Goizeko Kabi. Over the years it built a reputation on good raw materials cooked by traditional methods, near Nuevos Ministerios in Cuatro Caminos.
