The Cuisine
Japanese comfort food centred on panko-fried katsu. Donburi bowls include katsudon with Duroc pork, gyudon, a Japanese-style hanbāgu with poached egg and an eel-and-omelette unagi tamago don; katsu kare comes with chicken thigh, aubergine or a prawn cake; and the sandos use shokupan, Japanese milk bread.
Starters and sides
Korokke croquettes with beef and wasabi mayo, tsukune skewers, gouda kushiage, takoyaki, karaage, tofu salad, edamame and smashed gyoza with beef, chicken or vegetables, from €5 to €10. Vegetarian picks include the aubergine katsu curry and vegetable gyoza.
