On the carta
Ceviche comes classic, mixed or in combos with fish chicharrón, causa de atún, tiradito or seafood rice, and there are sharing-size ceviches. Tacu tacu, the creamy rice-and-canary-bean base, comes with flambéed beef tenderloin or mixed seafood. The wok side covers arroz chaufa and lomo saltado, and the soups run from prawn and fish with a touch of milk to a chicken-noodle broth and a thick broth of mussels, bream and seafood. From the grill: pollo a la brasa by the quarter or half with chips and salad, entrecot, entraña and a parrillada latina of anticucho, churrasco, chorizo criollo, pork chop and chicken.
