From the grill: steak tartare cut by knife and served on a marrow bone (€27), entrecôte with Café de Paris butter (€29), whole duck magret with citrus (€26), a 1 kg 30-day-aged chuletón for two or three (€89), and burgers from €17. The sea side runs to tuna-belly tartare, octopus with kimchi and confit cod with grelos and black garlic.
