Skye Coffee Co is a specialty-coffee project founded in 2014 by British entrepreneur Skye Maunsell, built around a vintage Citroën HY van converted into a mobile coffee bar. For years the van was parked inside Espacio 88, the creative and co-working space at Carrer de Pamplona 88 in Poblenou, but the operation has since moved: the Skye Coffee Corner now pours inside Pasaje Montoya at Carrer d'Àvila 32, in el Parc i la Llacuna del Poblenou, part of Barcelona's Sant Martí district. The coffee comes from Right Side Coffee, roasted in Castelldefels, with occasional guest roasters. Expect espresso, cortados, flat whites and V60, alongside pastries and a grilled sandwich of the day. It keeps morning hours, Monday to Friday, and closes at lunchtime. Walk in; there's no booking.
