The Story
Simultáneo is the all-day restaurant on the ground floor of Hotel Catalonia Barcelona Plaza, right on Plaça d'Espanya at the foot of Montjuïc. The concept layers breakfasts, lunches, dinners, cocktails, concerts, brunch sessions and afterworks into one high-ceiling space so that a morning coffee and a late Saturday DJ set share the same address.
The Cuisine
The kitchen pulls from Mediterranean shareables, grilled octopus, croquettes, tartares, alongside wood-fired pizzas, a signature burger with Aguabravas gin, pancakes at breakfast and a rotating cocktail list. Dishes are built to cross dayparts and pair with the bar's wines, gin tonics and Negronis.
