este es uno de esos proveedores que tenemos en el corazón: @ladotzena, una cooperativa catalana de pequeños productores de huevos ecológicos. estas son gallinas que viven al aire libre y son muy bien tratadas, y dice la sofi que “el sabor es una pasada”, que encima lo traigan en bici ya es la guind
