Fishhh! The concept: a modern white marisquería and oyster bar built on high-quality seafood from Galicia and Huelva. The room, two floors, entirely white, with a display bar and a year-round terrace with climate control, was designed to stand apart from the typical restaurant offer in the zona alta. The product programme includes Louis oysters, Louis caviar, fresh angulas from Aginaga selected from batches of 2,600 pieces, and a 90-reference wine list built to match the seafood focus.
