Branding by Lo Siento Studio and interior design by Ramon de los Heros give the space an industrial, unpretentious feel that consciously rejects, in the owners' words, 'Nordic and precious aesthetics' in favour of 'the beauty of formica and stainless steel'. Within months of its quiet opening, word-of-mouth filled the house, and a Repsol Solete followed in 2024.

Chef Joan Donadeu leads a kitchen focused on elevated traditional Spanish bar food -- product-driven, rooted in tradition, with refined technique. The menu features tapas classics like bravas, croquetas, ensaladilla rusa, and tortilla de patatas (made to order), alongside larger plates such as truffled bikini, canelon de rostit, oxtail, solomillo rossini with foie, and hand-cut beef tartare.
