The building retains original features the hotel highlights on its own site, including a modernist-style entrance canopy, a stained-glass arched entryway and an Art Deco spiral staircase, while its Century rooms keep iron pillars and parquet from what was once the building's ballroom. Today the 98-room property is a 4-star boutique hotel within Pulitzer Hotels and is B Corp certified. Its ground floor houses Bar La Esquina, an all-day bar and bistro at the corner of Bergara and Pelai with a plant-fringed terrace.
