Biography
Early years

Career
Grimberg now serves as executive chef of Restaurant Hofmann in Barcelona's Sant Gervasi-Galvany neighbourhood, leading the kitchen under the strategic direction of group director Silvia Hofmann. The restaurant has held its Michelin star continuously since 2004 and holds one Repsol Sol. The kitchen team draws from the adjacent Hofmann culinary school, blending professional chefs with advanced trainees. Grimberg has also served as a culinary advisor to UNA in Singapore.
