The Story
Lamucca del Mar is the Madrid-based Lamucca group's first restaurant outside the capital, opened in 2025 in a restored building on the small port of Es Molinar, Palma, per the group's own announcement. The interior design and project management were led by Mallorcan designer Eva Quintana, and much of the furniture and fittings were made by local artisans: marble work from Art en Pedra, ironwork from Metal Ferro Balear, carpentry from Only Woods and lighting from craftsperson Tonia Fuster, according to the group's own coverage of the opening.
